Red River Precision Mfg., Inc. is equipped with the machinery, tools, and techniques required for sheet metal fabrication of parts that must withstand the hostile environments often found in the oil and gas industry. This stainless steel adapter plate, used within a circuit breaker switch application, is produced here at Red River on an ongoing basis for the customer.

Primary operations involve shearing, water jet cutting, then forming .074” thick 304 stainless steel into a plate measuring 2.750” (L) x 1.625”(W) x1.575” (H). Our machinists then employ our advanced finishing equipment to conduct the secondary operations, which involve deburring then laser etching the part according to the customer-supplied specifications. A rigorous dimensional inspection, carried out by our quality control staff, ensures that each piece is well within the ±.005” tolerance requirement.
